North Dakota Division of Medical Genetics Program is seeking input from multiple stakeholders as we conduct a statewide assessment of genetics services for improving genetics services and resources. We are interested in learning about your experiences with genetics in your primary care practice and hope that you will take 5-10 minutes to give us your input! Thank you!
