The link provided below is to the WebInservice Learning System Login Page which is for HIPAA Training.

Instructions: Once you click on the link it will open a new page and you will be required to enter your Learner ID and Password. The Learner ID is your NAID number (before July 1, 2005 - without the dash and last number) and/or EMPLID number (after July 1, 2005 - Students: do not use "w" before EMPLID number).

Your Password will be provided to you by a memo to your department administrator from the HIPAA Institutional Compliance Officer, Denise Deck ddeck@medicine.nodak.edu, (701) 777-2515. After you log in, just click on "Edit My Profile" in the lower right hand corner of the page to enter your email address and change your password. It is highly recommended that you change your password once you enter the system.

• Mac or Netscape users will experience difficulties.
• Internet Explorer 5 or higher on a PC is highly recommended.
